Return / Exchange Policy

F&H allows the return and exchange of any items purchased in any of our stores, provided that the following guidelines are met:


  • Return/ Exchange of Items should be within 14 days from the date of purchase
  • The customer should have original POS Receipt, Sales Invoice or Gift Receipt as a proof of purchase. In case of lost receipt, client must be able to provide details of the transaction and the store personnel will verify using the POS.
  • Items that will be exchanged must be of the same amount or higher. For items with higher retail price, the customer must pay for the excess amount.
  • Return/ Exchange must be allowed for change of size, color and style or if item is damaged due to factory defects.
  • For hygienic reasons, return or exchange of underwear is strictly not allowed
  • No return/exchange if damage is due to customer's negligence or mishandling, example (failure to follow care tag instructions, staining and using the item in any way other than intended use).
  • Management reserves the right to refuse exchanges or refunds if any one of the conditions listed are not followed or if it is not in accordance with the Customer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394)
